Unleashing Our Community's Power: Insights and Inspiration from the Field (Level 3)

Session Description: This session will feature a collaborative overview of original research conducted within our continuing education community in a framework that invites learners to further hone the research implications and apply them to their daily practice as action—oriented takeaways.

The session will be founded on findings from on-going research by the authors. Data from two phases of the research will be presented.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify key themes and implications for planning continuing professional development (CPD) strategies to meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Identify action-oriented strategies for nurturing and growing leaders in CPD and other healthcare professions
  • Apply research findings within continuing education design, planning, implementation, and assessment.
