Session Description: In this session, we will walk through a new "Roadmap" on how to create and implement inclusive medical education activities that utilize microlearning tools. By reviewing the various DEIA tools available on the Alliance website, learning will have 10 minutes to review the tools and brainstorm how to use these new techniques in their own activities to help create more inclusive and engaging education.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion, participants will be able to create CME that is more inclusive.
Upon completion, participants will be able to utilize the provided DEIA roadmap to brainstorm new ways of approaching CME.
Upon completion, participants will be able to understand some basic microlearning tools and start to use them in their own activities.
