The masterminds behind the triumphs of Alligator Pit, Outcomes War, and Divine Outcomes Design reunite once more, uniting their expertise for a fresh evolved endeavor. This sequel comprises not only two intriguing pre-conference trailers and an enlightening pre-conference workshop but culminates with two compelling epilogues. This undertaking demands resilience (like Tom Hanks in “Cast Away”), as each session will come with an assignment that requires our dedication.

Please note that your registration will include participation in virtual instructor-led sessions taking place over Zoom both before and after the Annual Conference in New Orleans.

Session 1, December 6, 2023, 11am CST - Virtual: The Never-Ending Story - A Grant Proposal: Using the provided proposal guidelines and scoring rubric, you will score one of your draft proposals and share your ratings with the group.

Session 2, January 24, 2024, 11am CST - Virtual: The Usual Suspects of Outcomes Reports: The Misadventures of Reporting Data: Using the provided outcomes guidelines and scoring rubric, you will score one of your outcomes reports and share your ratings with the group.

Session 3 - Live: Pre-conference at the 2024 Annual Meeting: Lost in Translation: Following the time-tested formula for small group collaborations, you will build proposals and reports using various tools.

Session 4, March 13, 2024, 11am CST - Virtual: Back to the Future - Implementation: A sharing of WHAT has been changed to date, HOW it was changed, the IMPACT of the change, the BARRIERS encountered, and HOW the barriers were addressed.

Session 5, April 17, 2024, 11am CST- Virtual: The Day After Tomorrow - Reassessment: Using the previously provided proposal and outcomes guidelines along with the scoring rubrics, you will score your amended proposal draft and outcomes report and share your ratings with the group.

To grasp the complete narrative, it is essential to actively engage in all session/movies.

By the end of this intensive educational pentalogy, you will have:
1. Identified gaps/needs within your own proposal and outcomes report
2. Created and implemented an action plan to address the gaps/needs of your proposal and outcomes report
3. Re-evaluated/critique your own proposal and outcomes report to determine whether gaps and needs were fully addressed and/or if new gaps/needs were created.
