For the past ten years Sonia has been consulting to a broad range of organizations such as Caterpillar, Microsoft, Estee Lauder, NBC Universal, Planned Parenthood, UCLA Health, Annapurna, Red Bull, Scrubs and Heels and Fortune 50 technology companies. Topics include culture and change management, learning and development, organization design, culture change, and inclusion & diversity. Prior to starting her own practice, Sonia served as an internal Organization Development Consultant for Sony Pictures Entertainment, ABC Media Networks, The Walt Disney Company (EMEA) and American Express.
Sonia is a graduate of the University of Southern California and has a Masters in Organization Behavior from Teacher’s College, Columbia University. Sonia’s passion includes helping refugees navigate the Western job market and culture. Sonia provides coaching to BIPOCs and believes in making coaching accessible to all. Sonia is an all-around nerd, empath, bibliophile, loves to work out, travel, eat food at hole in the walls and is a Hindi and Hollywood movie enthusiast.
