This innovative initiative was designed to build communication proficiency for healthcare professionals through a unique skills-based training workshop. In the 3-hour, live, in-person session, participants heard from faculty experts, considered and evaluated realistic patient-clinician video scenarios in small group discussions, and received one-on-one feedback on their assessments. The emphasis on application-oriented strategies enhanced participants' ability to transfer learned skills into their clinical practice. This initiative not only equipped learners with practical skills but also promoted ongoing self-assessment, professional accountability, and a lasting impact on patient care and the broader healthcare community.
