As the Manager of Continuing Education for Hartford (CT) HealthCare, Eric led the 2014 initiative merging the system's 5 individual CME accreditations into a single cohesive program. He is currently is responsible for providing strategic direction, improving processes, and developing alliances with external groups to ensure providers are getting the knowledge needed to maintain their credentials.
